Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Brut

Ruinart's Blanc de Blancs Brut is a 100% Chardonnay blend, drawn from 25 to 30 distinct crus, including the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Sézannais, and Vallée de la Vesle. Twenty to 25% comes from reserve wines from the two previous vintages, which lend structure and complexity. After pressing, the wine ages for three years in the House's signature Crayères, limestone quarries.

Ripe citrus, white flowers, and a delicate minerality emerge on the nose; the palate is soft and harmonious, with hints of peach, citrus, and a light savory finish, lingering in freshness. At 12.5% ​​ABV, it's ideal as an aperitif or paired with raw fish, seafood, and light dishes.
