Dom Pérignon Plénitude 2 2004 is a vintage Brut Champagne, made from a blend of 48% Pinot Noir and 52% Chardonnay. The wine comes in a 75cl bottle with an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​vol. At first glance, it displays a bright golden yellow color, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage.

On the nose, notes of pink grapefruit, blood orange, and fig emerge, evolving into a bouquet of cocoa, mocha, brioche, and honey. The wine has matured on the lees for over 15 years, ensuring structure and persistence. Best served at 8-10°C, opening the bottle 5-10 minutes before serving, it pairs well with caviar, foie gras, or other celebratory occasions.
