Elderflower Liqueur – Strega

Strega Elderflower Liqueur is a 700 ml Italian spirit with an alcohol content of 17% vol. Produced by the historic Strega company of Benevento, it is made from a prolonged infusion of dried elderflowers in agricultural alcohol, followed by a delicate filtration. A lemon extract is added to the floral base, which lends a citrusy freshness and balances the natural sweetness of the flowers.

The result is a golden yellow liqueur with intense aromatic notes of elderflower and a subtle hint of lemon. Ideal for the famous Hugo Spritz, it also lends itself to Prosecco-based cocktails or simply enjoyed chilled. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light; once opened, consume within 12 months to preserve its organoleptic properties.
