Castello di Ama Purple Rose 2022 – IGT Toscana Rosé

Castello di Ama's Purple Rose 2022 is a rosé IGT Toscana made with 100% Sangiovese grapes grown on the clay-limestone soils of Gaiole in Chianti. With a vibrant purple color and aromas of rose petals, strawberries, and ripe cherries, it is an elegant and complex wine.

Vinified using the saignée technique (30% of the must is removed after 12 hours of maceration) and fermented in second-passage oak, then aged for several months in steel, the wine reaches 13.5% ABV. On the nose, it features wild berries and light mineral notes; on the palate, it is fresh and persistent and pairs well with fish-based first courses, sushi, and light dishes.
