Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta - Cuvée Prestige Rosé Extra Brut

Ca' del Bosco's Cuvée Prestige Rosé is a Franciacorta DOCG Extra Brut sparkling wine made from 75% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Blanc. The base wines are fermented in stainless steel, blended, and aged on the lees for approximately 30 months at 12°C, imparting structure, finesse, and the very low dosage typical of Extra Brut.

At 12.5% ​​ABV, this rosé offers aromas of red fruit and orange blossom. Enjoy at 8-10°C. Ideal with shellfish, sushi, delicate fish, or seafood appetizers. Store upright in a cool, dark place and consume within 3-5 years of harvest.
