Jermann Vintage Tunina – White Wine

Jermann's Vintage Tunina is a Collio white wine, produced in Italy with a blend of native grapes—Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, and Malvasia. The alcohol content is 13.5% ABV. After harvesting and destemming, the entire grape fraction is vinified in stainless steel; 20% of the wine is aged in 750-liter Slavonian oak barrels, while the remainder remains in stainless steel for a long period on the lees, before undergoing further bottle aging.

In the glass, it displays a bright straw yellow color with golden highlights. The nose is intense and complex, with floral notes of banana, peach, pear, pineapple, honey, dried fruit, and slightly spicy balsamic notes. On the palate, it is elegant, full-bodied, fresh, and smooth, with a lingering aftertaste. It pairs perfectly with fine seafood, shellfish, white meats, and aged cheeses. Best served at 10-12°C.
