Champagne Paul Clouet Grande Réserve Brut is a classic cuvée from the Champagne region, composed of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Meunier, sourced from the Grand Cru vineyards of Bouzy, Cramant, and Fossoy. After fermentation in the bottle, the effervescence is expressed through a fine and persistent perlage, while aging for at least 24 months adds structure.

On the nose, yellow fruit, citrus, and light toasted notes emerge; on the palate, it balances freshness, elegance, and minerality, with an alcohol content of 12%. Serve at 8-10°C, letting it breathe for a few minutes before enjoying.
