Cembra Oro Rosso Riserva Dosaggio Zero – Trento DOC Brut

Oro Rosso Riserva Dosaggio Zero is a Trento DOC sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on the porphyry slopes of the Cembra Valley. Vinification follows the Classic Method, with soft pressing, cold decantation, and controlled fermentation at 18°C, without added sugar (zero dosage). The vineyards, located at 600-750 m above sea level on sandy loam soil, guarantee a yield of 55 hl/ha.

The wine rests on the lees for 48 months, developing a fine and persistent perlage, a straw yellow color, and aromas of ripe yellow fruit, minerality, and savory notes. With an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​vol., its aging potential of up to 10 years is supported by slow maturation that lends structure and persistence.
