Müller Thurgau 2021 – DOC Trentino Cembra White Wine

The 2021 Müller Thurgau from Cembra is a DOC Trentino white wine with a straw yellow color and greenish highlights. On the nose, it opens with intense floral aromas, citrus notes of lemon and orange, and hints of exotic fruit such as mango and passion fruit. The grapes come from vineyards located between 700 and 900 meters above sea level, grown on sandy loam soils characterized by a rich porphyry skeleton, which give the wine the savory and mineral notes typical of the Cembra Valley.

Vinification involves destemming, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel at 16-18°C for 8-10 days, followed by four months of aging on the lees. The result is a fresh wine with good acidity, flavor, and a pleasantly rounded palate. Best served at 8-10°C, it's best enjoyed young but can age for up to 10 years.
