Louis Moreau Chablis 2023 – French White Wine

The 2023 Chablis by Louis Moreau is a dry white wine from Burgundy, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown on sandy clay soils. It has a straw yellow color with greenish highlights; on the nose, it offers notes of lime, lemon, green apple, peach, and a pronounced minerality typical of the Chablis terroir.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel: alcoholic fermentation for 15–18 days at 18°C ​​with indigenous yeasts, followed by malolactic fermentation at 20°C. Aged in tanks, without the use of wood, maintaining an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​and a lively acidity. Serve at 8–10°C, ideal with oysters, raw seafood, white fish, and delicate dishes.
