Baudouin Anjou Blanc Effusion 2021 – Organic White Wine 75 cl

The 2021 Anjou Blanc Effusion from Domaine Patrick Baudouin is a 75cl dry white wine made from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes grown organically in the Loire Valley (France). Yields were limited to 14 hl/ha due to a spring frost, giving the wine a fine structure and lingering freshness.

In the glass, it opens with delicate aromas of white-fleshed fruit and wildflowers, followed by a mineral note typical of the volcanic soils of Anjou Noir. The palate is clean, smooth, and well-balanced; it is best served chilled (8-10°C) with fish, shellfish, or light appetizers.
