Champagne Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015

Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 is a vintage Champagne made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes from Grand Cru vineyards. Vinification takes place in steel tanks with malolactic fermentation, followed by bottle aging for at least eight years, including at least 72 months on the lees, to ensure structure and finesse.

In the glass, it displays a fine and persistent perlage, a straw yellow color with golden highlights. The bouquet offers notes of candied fruit, fresh fruit, toasted notes, and spices, while on the palate it reveals balanced elegance and a long finish. It is best served chilled, opening the bottle a few minutes before tasting.
