Pasta Tirrena Penne Rigate is a durum wheat semolina pasta selected by Pegna and offered in the Frescobaldi collection.

It is made in Tuscany with durum wheat semolina and water, from ancient grain varieties such as Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, and Evoldur. The grain's origin, milling, and pasta production all take place in Italy, in Tuscany.

The slow drying process of 84 hours enhances its structure and ensures it cooks al dente. Pack of 500g; cooking time 16-18 minutes.
