Ferrari Riserva Lunelli Trento DOC – Classic Method Sparkling Wine Extra Brut 750 ml

Ferrari Riserva Lunelli is a Trento DOC Riserva sparkling wine, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in the Lunelli family's vineyards in Trentino. Vinification follows the classic method: soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation (16-18°C), and lengthy maturation in large Austrian oak barrels, followed by bottle aging for at least 69 months.

The result is an extra brut with a fine and persistent perlage, with aromas of white flowers, citrus, pineapple, toasted bread, and honey, accompanied by spicy hints of rosemary. On the palate, it is enveloping, structured, and persistent. It is best served chilled (6-8°C) and paired with shellfish, high-quality fish, or aged cheeses.
