Albana Romagna Albarara DOCG Organic – Tenuta Santa Lucia

Albarara is a DOCG white wine from Romagna, produced from 100% Albana grapes grown according to Demeter organic farming principles. The vineyards are located in Mercato Saraceno (FC), on sandy, calcareous soils with tuff veins, typical of the Emilia-Romagna region.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts, through spontaneous fermentation, to preserve the aromatic expression of the grape variety. The result is a dry wine, 14% ABV, with a bouquet of white-fleshed fruit and a balanced freshness, ideal for serving at 10-12°C in a 0.75L bottle.
