Vin Santo Santa Cristina DOC Valdichiana 375 ml – Dessert Wine, 12.5% ​​vol

Vin Santo Santa Cristina is a Tuscan Valdichiana DOC dessert wine, made with Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia grapes. The grapes, dried for four to five months, are gently pressed and fermented in oak barrels with Valdichiana mothers and selected yeasts.

On the nose, toasted hazelnut, honey, and apricot are perceived; on the palate, it is full-bodied, with notes of dried fruit, chestnut flour, and hay. Aged for over two years, it has an alcohol content of 12.5%. It is best served at 10-12°C, pairing it with dried fruit desserts or aged cheeses.
