Caffo Vecchio Amaro del Capo – Herbal Bitter

Vecchio Amaro del Capo di Caffo is a typical Calabrian herbal amaro, the result of a centuries-old recipe that combines 29 botanicals—herbs, flowers, roots, and local fruits—in a blend distilled with neutral alcohol and sugar. Presented in a 700 ml bottle, the liqueur displays a deep amber color.

With an alcohol content of 35% ABV, the flavor profile is sweet and almondy with aromatic notes of chamomile, orange, anise, peppermint, and licorice, followed by a lingering herbaceous finish. It is best served chilled (around -20°C) and stored in a cool, dry place, away from light.
