Berta's Sambuca DiAnisè is a 0.70 L artisanal Piedmontese liqueur with an alcohol content of 40% ABV. The recipe, inspired by founder Paolo's 1950s version, combines hydrated alcohol, sugar, and natural green anise flavorings, and is packaged in an elegant case.

On the nose, it opens with a complex and enveloping aroma, dominated by notes of star anise; on the palate, the flavor is rich, smooth, and persistent, making it ideal as an aperitif or digestif. Serve at 16-18°C and store in a cool, dry place away from light, always tightly closed.
