Bellavista Gran Cuvée Rosé - Franciacorta DOCG Brut

Bellavista Gran Cuvée Rosé is a Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wine produced using the traditional method. The cuvée combines 58% Chardonnay and 42% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-selected from vineyards over 25 years old. After fermentation, the wine ages for approximately seven months in white oak barrels, followed by a period on the lees before the brut dosage.

The result is a fine perlage, a golden rosé color, and a bouquet of Mediterranean white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, peach, lychee, and red berries. On the palate, it is silky, enveloping, and persistent, with an alcohol content of 12.5% ​​vol. It is best served at 6-8°C to appreciate its freshness.
