Pasta Tirrena Tortiglioni is a durum wheat semolina pasta selected by Pegna and offered in the Frescobaldi collection.

It is made in Tuscany with durum wheat semolina and water, from ancient grain varieties such as Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, and Evoldur. The wheat's origin, milling, and pasta-making process all take place in Italy, in Tuscany.

The slow drying process of 84 hours enhances its structure and cooking performance. Pack of 500 g; cooking time 10-12 minutes.
