Pasta Tirrena Paccheri is a durum wheat semolina pasta selected by Pegna and offered in the Frescobaldi collection.

It is made in Tuscany with durum wheat semolina and water, from ancient grain varieties such as Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, and Evoldur. The origin of the wheat, milling, and pasta production are all in Italy, in Tuscany.

The slow drying process of 96 hours enhances its structure and cooking resistance. Pack of 500 g; cooking time 18-20 minutes.
