Pasta Tirrena Mezze maniche is a durum wheat semolina pasta selected by Pegna and offered in the Frescobaldi collection.

It is made in Tuscany with durum wheat semolina and water, from ancient grain varieties such as Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan, and Evoldur. The origin of the grain, milling, and pasta production all take place in Italy, in Tuscany.

The slow drying process of 84 hours enhances its structure and ensures it holds up well when cooked. 500g package; cooking time 11-13 minutes.
