Pasta Tirrena Fusilli is a durum wheat semolina pasta selected by Pegna and offered in the Frescobaldi collection.

It is made in Tuscany with durum wheat semolina and water, from ancient wheat varieties Senatore Cappelli, Khorasan and Evoldur. The wheat's origin, milling, and pasta-making all take place in Italy, in Tuscany.

The slow drying process of 84 hours enhances its structure and cooking performance. 500g package; cooking time 8-9 minutes.
