Michelot Bourgogne Rouge 2023 – French Red Wine

The 2023 Michelot Bourgogne Rouge is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine with balanced elegance. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, it offers aromas of ripe red fruit, rose petals, and subtle spicy notes of white pepper. On the palate, it is distinguished by a crisp freshness, with hints of cherry and plum, soft tannins, and a lingering finish.

Whole-cluster vinification takes place in stainless steel and fiberglass with maceration for approximately three weeks, followed by two winters of aging in oak barrels. Alcohol content is 12.5% ​​ABV, total sulfites are 25 mg/l, and the recommended serving temperature is 16-18°C. Ideal with red meats, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses, it's also a suitable gift choice.
