Fontodi Vigna del Sorbo Chianti Classico DOCG – Organic

Fontodi Vigna del Sorbo is a Chianti Classico DOCG Gran Selezione produced in the hilly area of ​​Tuscany. The blend is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, certified organic, and bottled in a 0.75-liter bottle with an alcohol content of 13.5%. The bottle contains sulfites.

The nose opens with hints of ripe cherry, dark chocolate, and vanilla, while on the palate, soft, silky tannins lend structure and an elegant finish. Ideal with red meats, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C and store in a cool, dark place.
