Frescobaldi Alìe Rosé Ammiraglia – Syrah & Vermentino IGT Toscana

Alìe Rosé Ammiraglia is a Tuscan IGT rosé produced by Marchesi de' Frescobaldi at the Ammiraglia Estate (Magliano, Grosseto). The blend of Syrah and Vermentino grapes, with an alcohol content of 12% vol., is vinified with gentle pressing and fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (<19°C). After fermentation, the wine ages for three months in steel tanks, ensuring freshness and structure.

Its light color with ruby ​​highlights exudes aromas of white flowers, wild strawberries, and citrus. On the palate, it is soft, fruity, and slightly savory, ideally served at 10-12°C. It pairs perfectly with seafood appetizers, summer salads, and fish-based dishes.
