Kerner DOC 2023 Valle Isarco – White Wine

The 2023 Kerner DOC from Cantina Valle Isarco is a white wine made from 100% Kerner grapes grown in the Alpine area of ​​the Isarco Valley (Trentino-Alto Adige). With an alcohol content of 14% vol., it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and an intense bouquet of peach, apricot, and spicy notes.

On the palate, it is lively, balanced, and very fresh, with good acidity that supports its structure. Serve at 8-10°C and pairs well with light appetizers, salads, eggs, mushrooms, grilled fish, or as an aperitif. Store in a cool, dark place, preferably between 12°C and 15°C, and consume within 2-3 years of harvest.
