Muscadet Saint Vincent – ​​Dry White Wine Delhommeau

Delhommeau's Muscadet Saint Vincent is a dry white wine made from 100% organically grown Melon de Bourgogne grapes grown in the vineyards of Monnières, Loire-Atlantique (France). Vinification takes place in stainless steel with sur-lie maturation on gneiss and gabbro soils; the alcohol content is around 12% vol., with a distinct marine freshness and a mineral texture typical of the Pays Nantais region.

Serve at 8-10°C (46-50°F). It's ideal with oysters, clams, shellfish, and white fish, but also makes a light aperitif. Store in a cool, dry place; once opened, refrigerate and consume within a few days to maintain its aromatic freshness.
