Patrizia Cadore Lugano DOC – Dry White Wine

Patrizia Cadore Lugana DOC is a dry white wine made from 100% Turbiana grapes (Trebbiano di Lugana) grown on the south-eastern shores of Lake Garda, on clay-limestone soils rich in mineral salts. Harvesting is done entirely by hand; fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures, followed by aging on the lees, ensuring freshness and structure.

The nose reveals notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and mineral hints, with a delicate touch of almond. On the palate, it is clean, smooth, and savory, with a balanced finish. Alcohol content 13% vol, contains sulfites. To be served chilled between 8°C and 10°C, it is ideal with raw fish, shellfish, vegetable appetizers, and light dishes.
