Antinori Bramito della Sala Chardonnay - IGT Umbria

Bramito della Sala Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay white wine, IGT Umbria, produced on the Castello della Sala estate of the Marchesi Antinori family. The limestone terroir, with fossil sediments and clay veins, gives the wine a distinct minerality. On the nose, it offers aromas of tropical fruit, green apple, citrus, and light toasted notes.

The wine ages for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by a year of bottle aging. It has a straw yellow color, good acidity, a savory structure, and a lingering mineral finish. At 12.5% ​​ABV, it is best served at 10-12°C and pairs well with seafood appetizers, grilled fish, and soft cheeses.
