It has an alcohol content of 11% vol., acidity of 5.5-6.5 g\/l and residual sugars of 14-17 g\/l, and is classified as Extra Dry.\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003eThe nose offers a bouquet of red fruits, grapefruit, honey, and notes of bread crust, supported by a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and slightly savory, ideal as an aperitif or paired with shellfish, seafood, sushi, and fish risotto.
