Ferrari Perlé Zero is a Trento DOC Brut Dosaggio Zero sparkling wine, made with 100% Chardonnay grapes selected from high-altitude vineyards. Vinification takes place in steel and wood, without adding sugar, to preserve the purity of the fruit.
Aged on the lees for at least 60 months, it features a fine perlage and aromas of grapefruit, ginger root, fresh pineapple, and aromatic herbs. Serve chilled and ideal as an aperitif, with shellfish, sushi, and fish dishes.
