Bellavista Franciacorta Brut Millesimato Edizione Teatro alla Scala is a Franciacorta DOCG produced with 72% Chardonnay and 28% Pinot Noir. After the harvest, the cuvée matures for 7 months in small white oak barrels and continues to refine on the lees for approximately 36 months, guaranteeing an extremely fine and persistent perlage.

The nose opens with floral notes of hawthorn, balsamic hints of laurel and citrus, with delicate hints of pastry. On the palate, it is aristocratic, creamy, and well-balanced, ideal with shellfish, fish, semi-mature cheeses, and pasta dishes. Serve at 6-8°C.
